Delivery:
All orders are subject to verification. Shipments are shipped standard ground to your addresses. Please allow 7-10 business days for standard delivery. If we are out of an item and we expect to get more, we will backorder it for you and ship it automatically when it comes in Express Delivery: Offered for in-stock items only for an additional charge. It is not available to P.O. boxes. Next day shipping is available in the continental 48 states for an additional charge. Saturday delivery is another additional charge applied to your standard shipping charge. Parts of your order may be shipped depending upon our stock availability.
Shipping and Handling Rates:
Additional US $5.00 handling fee is added to every shipping charge.
Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of the order and by the shipping method selected. Your total shipping charges will be displayed on the "Step 1 of 3 - Delivery Information" page, prior to placing your order.
Estimated Shipping will be displayed in your Shopping Cart, based on standard ground shipping. Final shipping charges will be displayed on the "Step 1 of 3 - Delivery Information" page, based on shipping method selected during Checkout.
While most orders are delivered within the specified timeframes, some destinations may take longer. Estimated delivery times are not applicable to some items being shipped by a third party. If additional delivery time is required, it will be noted on the product detail page and at Checkout. Next Day packages will arrive one full business day after shipment. 2nd Day packages will arrive two full business days after shipment. Delivery times DO NOT include order processing time.
The size and/or weight of some items may limit the shipping methods and destinations available. Items that are oversized, overweight, or have other legal restrictions may not be able to be shipped to a P.O. Box(due to carrier restrictions). Items shipped directly by a third party are not available for delivery to P.O. boxes.
Tracking Your Order
After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your shipment. As items are shipped, we will send you emails detailing the shipments and tracking numbers. You can also keep track of your order and shipping information online.

3. Under "previous orders," select the specific order you wish to view.
UPS Package Tracking
Using your UPS shipment tracking number, you can check the status of your package by visiting the UPS web site or by calling UPS directly at 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877)
Return Policy:
Orangegreens.com proudly stands behind the gifts we sell. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item, we will gladly take it back within 30 days of item ship date and process your return for a full store credit at www.orangegreens.com equal to dollar amount of merchandise originally purchased, minus the shipping, handling, and gift box charges. Any item returned after 45 business days from the date of purchase will be subject to 15% restocking fee. A 10% restocking will be applied to sale items sent back for return or exchange when applied against the new and unused condition to insure full credit. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. Orangegreens.com reserves the right to refuse any return at our discretion. Please allow 15 business days to process your returns. In the unlikely event we shipped you a defective item, we will gladly take back that item and credit you the purchase price, sales tax, original shipping and any gift box charges. Please note: Monogrammed and custom orders may not be returned.
